Here is a feedback that I have written on gypsy's blog a while back and suddenly thought if sharing it here... The post was about the mentality people have that clubbing is bad and unhealthy (used to have this type of mentality but no longer). I have done abit of modification on the feedback to make is a more throughout post. :P
Here goes...
Clubbing for me is actually a way of doing many things at once. Here are some of the reason I go clubbing (even though I dont go very often)...
1. Release tension - what is better than dancing through the music to release all the tension from study or work... Yeah, true that you may not be good at dancing but, WHO CARES!!! It is about you and you only. Have fun when you are there and "dance like there is no tomorrow". That is how Paula Abdul put it...
2. Slimming / toning your body - Yeah, dancing can really do alot of wonder to your body. Dancing is like exercising... the more you do it, the more fat you will burn your fats, thus, slimming down and toning your body to your desirable condition.
3. Special celebration - Certain occasions are better done at club as it does feel better than having it at mamak or McD... At least everyone will be wearing beautiful outfit and look better than usual... Better pictures for friendster, facebook or even your blog... :P
4. Catch up with friends - Clubbing is not something that we do everyday but once in a while, getting together with friends while clubbing can help to strenghten the bond with our friends who we might not see for a long while.
5. Meet new friends - Yupe, these place are a great place to meet with beautiful girls and handsome boys too. At least you know both of you have one thing in common: the love to dance. Also, your friends just might bring his/her friends along as well... who knows what happens next???
6. Practice for "so you think you can dance" - okay, okay... I am joking here... my dancing suck but I do believe that there are many talented people out there that can dance marvellously and these people do qualify for the "so you think you can dance". Go and try. At least you will have no regret for it...
Again, I dont really think that clubbing is unhealthy. If you stay within the limit, it can be very healthy activities while having fun and getting some, if not all, the above mentioned benefits. Also, I am sure many people do stay within the limits. At least I am...
But if you are going to ask me when will I be going clubbing again, I would have to say not in the near future... Got kinda alot of things going on and if possible, maybe, just maybe, in July...

yea, many have wrong understanding of the whole idea of clubbing...but u go around Klang to club wan ar??? :P
